ChallengeAs Securitas expanded its digital footprint across markets, content, navigation, and user journeys evolved independently, creating inconsistent experiences for users and making global scalability increasingly difficult.
The opportunity was to create a shared foundation that connected user needs, business priorities, content strategy, and design systems into a unified web experience.

ScopeDesign System Mobile-first Accessibility Localization
With Public Web supporting 45+ websites across markets, the new IA needed a foundation built for growth. Mobile-first thinking informed a more flexible approach to navigation, content hierarchy, and component design.
I helped establish the Design System foundation, creating reusable patterns that brought greater consistency across experiences and enabled future growth at scale.
OutcomeThe work helped transform Public Web from fragmented page-level initiatives into a scalable experience foundation shared across business, UX, content, SEO, and delivery teams.
It enabled the rollout of the new global Information Architecture and established the Design System foundations needed to support consistent, locally adaptable experiences across future markets.
